Cárnicas Ortín was founded in 1996, stemming from the extensive experience of the family in the meat sector and driven by the demand for its products. In its early years, the company produced traditional pork preserves and sausages such as chorizo and longaniza de Aragón. A few years later, the product range expanded to include pickled partridge, quail, and rabbit, along with game sausages (venison and wild boar). Currently, with the aim of promoting local products, the company manufactures new sausages with mushrooms, pistachios, and our highly esteemed black truffle from Teruel.
