Founded in 1965, Conservas Lores is a family-owned company dedicated to the artisanal production of a wide range of preserves. The raw materials used are primarily sourced from the Ebro River region (Cinco Villas, Campo de Borja), with asparagus belonging to the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Asparagus of Navarra. The additives used include common salt and citric acid to adjust pH in some cases.
