A third-generation family business est. in 1931, located in Costean (Somontano de Barbastro-Huesca) Here, six local olive varieties are organically cultivated from centuries-old trees. First organic olive mill in Huesca (1999), we produce extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality in our family owned mill. We oversee every stage of the process, from cultivating the olives to producing our oils. To ensure complete transparency and traceability, our facilitlities are always open to visitors.
