We are currently the 3rd mill in Spain. Our family owned company has been producing high quality flour and semolina for more than 90 years, converting itself as the reliable supplier of numerous bakers and food industry in Europe.
Not only are we certified IFS, ISO 14001, Kasher, Ecovadis and Sedex but we also mill Organic grains since 2000, and we have special products complying with Baby food standards and requirements. Quality standards and food safety is our highest commitment to our clients.
We have a very wide range of products of which healthy, functional, and savoury ingredients such as stoneground & French Tradition flour, heat treated germ, micronized bran… Our key product is durum wheat semolina, used for pasta, pizza, bread and pastry making.
We also have special flour & semolina which can be used by the food industry for batter, fried products or coating, pizza, churros and so on… Our products are available in bulk (silo trucks), Big Bags, 25kg, 5kg and 1kg.
