After many years working with chocolate in some of the best pastry and chocolate factories in Europe, in 2013 we fulfilled our dream: opening a small chocolaterie in our hometown, Alcorisa, a small town in Teruel-Spain. This is how Chocolates Artesanos Isabel was born: a place to create with chocolate and make it a jewel, which brings pleasure to people’s senses and hearts. Our passion is creating true gourmet delights, and thats why we only work with Fairtrade and organic certified raw materials, such as cocoa, cane sugar and much more, but also locally produced, like our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Marcona almond. We craft a wide variety of products labeled as “Premium” and “Delicatessen” such as chocolate bars, nougats, bonbons, spreadables, lollipops, beverages or cooking chocolates…

We intend to enjoy our work, creating different and innovative chocolates using the best raw materials, that allow us to offer a natural, healthy product with fair origin and a positive impact in our environment.

There is one for every occasion and they are all organic, Fairtrade, sustainable, gluten-free and delicious!
