Our artisan goat milk cheeses are made from high-quality raw materials through a completely handmade process. We produce four varieties: Two of them are soft cheeses, Río Vero with lactic coagulation, and Los Meleses with white mold. The other two are pressed cheeses, Sierra Sevil made from pasteurized milk, and San Pelegrín aged with raw milk for 6 months. In addition, we craft exquisite fresh cheese, cheese in oil, cottage cheese, and creams.
