Our cheeses are handcrafted with milk from our sheep at the Perales del Alfambra farm in Teruel. We are committed to the rural environment of Aragon. In Granja Perales, 8 people from Perales del Alfambra and nearby villages are currently employed. Our cured and semi-cured cheeses, Granja Perales, have received a silver medal (2021-2022 and 2022-2023) and bronze (2022-2023) respectively in the World Cheese Awards.
