Caviar Pirinea is the largest producer of sturgeon and large trout in Spain. Based in Barbastro (Huesca), it operates four fish farms located at the foothills of the Pyrenees in El Grado, Oliván, Yesa, and Peramola, where the fish are raised in ideal natural conditions, including the excellent physico-chemical quality of water from mountain thaw.
